Kavita Singh, a committed yoga therapist and wellness instructor with more than five years of experience in the industry, launched Yuj Yoga. Kavita's motivation for taking up yoga was her desire to use natural, holistic approaches to assist others in finding balance and healing. She has had considerable training in Mudra Yoga and Premanand Yoga, and she is certified in many yoga styles, including PGDYT in Yoga Therapy from MDTVI India.
In order to design individualized programs for her clients, Kavita smoothly mixes contemporary health practices and her profound understanding of yogic traditions. Her areas of expertise include corporate wellness, pranayama, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and pregnancy yoga.
Founder Kavita Singh believes yoga is for everyone, regardless of background, age, or health. She is currently developing internationally accessible online yoga therapy modules and mindfulness-based corporate wellness retreats that integrate chair yoga, meditation, and pranayama to improve mental and physical well-being. Kavita is also planning health retreats and workshops that offer a comprehensive approach to yoga and mindfulness, helping people discover inner peace, balance, and strength.
